Director HR - R&D Setup

- Work with senior business stakeholders and HR leadership to strategize and implement the HR agenda across India

- Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies for stakeholders

- Work on important projects with key leadership and drive HR agenda

Ideal candidate :

- At least 15 + years of relevant experience in HRBP functions with R&D or engineering setups

- Experience with R&D tech setups is a must

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills

- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work on multiple projects
