- An early stage captive KPO serving its client (Health Tech) in US

Role: HR Director

Location: Pune

Reporting: COO/CEO

Role Deliverable: Own the gamut of HR function across TA, EE, Comp & Ben, Leadership and OD, and lead the HR team.

Key role components:

- As a seasoned HR leader you will work on key initiatives as the firm is in a stage of rapid growth

- A self driven passionate HR leader ideally with experience of having worked in an early growth stage

- Ability to nurture and grow the managerial cadre as aligned with the business objective and goals

- Demonstrated success in areas of Organizational Development, Employee Branding and Leadership building.

- Develop robust systems for HR operations and compliance

- Lead and guide the TA team

- Work closely with internal stakeholders & US client
