Director HR Role serve as Primary People point of contact for company to drive the execution of all People topics, such as learning development; workforce planning; internal movements; communication and introduction of company culture; engagement and, People Cycle. The role Integrate values, key performance indicators and desired corporate behaviors with business strategies to insure positive cultural attributes.

This role will be responsible for creating a great employee experience. It will be a part of high growth set up with ambitious global outlook with direct strategic initiatives for business streamline Talent Management Organization Development

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to support the culture, organizational development and performance management in the company.

Responsibilities:

- Designing organization design, structure, role definitions, JDs.

- Implementing Talent Management programs including performance management, promotions, succession and development.

- Mentor, Coach and motivate junior to mid-level employees.

- Multitask and manage multiple projects with executional excellence and an eye for quality.

- Foster a culture of innovation, transparency and accountability within the teams and achieve high degree of employee morale leading to minimal attrition.

- Design and roll-out employee engagement programs to constantly track and measure engagement index

- Design and implement systems to measure impact and efficacy of training interventions on a constant basis

Job Requirements:

- 10-15 years- experience in Human Resources function in IT Software Industry (i.e. Talent Development, Succession planning, Organization Design, Performance Management, Compensation Benefits)

- Should have HR or business degree from a premium B-School.

- Should have experience of managing in a global environment and driving best people practices.

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to interact effectively at all levels of management and provide strategic inputs

- Experience managing staff complex HR issues

- Should have worked in a Global Environment

- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with diverse workforce at various level of the organization.

- Industry relevant certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, ODCP/ODCC) is preferred.
