Talent Management and Resource Planning
- Responsible for all staff identification, skills assessment and placement at the Center
- Leads workforce planning process; manages headcount and workload balance to ensure appropriate leveling
- Serves as advisor for performance management issues
- Oversees adherence to travel policies
- Leads, in conjunction with the markets, the repatriation process when staff return to their market
Sourcing
- Determines sourcing goals, based on demand modeling
- Identifies interviewers and influences Sourcing to determine offer packages, start dates, etc.
- In conjunction with Center leadership, defines and implements effective on-boarding program for tour staff, as well as new hires
Performance Management, Coaching & Development
- Makes recommendations to leadership with respect to creation of career model f
- Provides career development and coaching to staff and facilitates coaching conversations
- Manages performance feedback and CRT processes for staff
- Coaches Reviewers and others on providing quality performance feedback
- Influences leadership to determine Total Rewards for staff
- Assesses continuous training needs for Center and implements training programs in collaboration with Learning & Education
Ability to influence change and work with senior leadership levels of the Firm in multiple countries - Broad understanding of impact and familiarity with the Advisory business/operating models, including awareness of practice methodologies and familiarity with staffing approaches
- Significant experience working as part of global organization with responsibilities across multiple territories
- Demonstrated strong project management skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects, including strong group facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities.
