Director - Human Resources - IT (15-20 yrs)
- The Director HR will be responsible for all resource supply chain functions ensuring that we attract, retain and grow world-class talent.
- The Director will formulate and establish end-to-end career development and performance management strategies and practices, develop resources to ensure they meet business needs and is responsible for ensuring resource morale is high.
- To accomplish the above set of objects, this role will also be developing personnel policies, performance metrics, and otherwise perform all functions appropriate for this position.
- With multiple locations and multiple business lines, he/she must establish strong and open communication channels, build teamwork and cohesiveness across different work culture that comes with employees across multiple locations.
- The role is both strategic and tactical. A flexible and exceptionally collaborative approach with team and consensus building abilities is essential. This position is based in HYD
Position Requirements:
- 15+ years of proven experience in IT Services industry.
- Ability to apply creativity and innovative ideas.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to guide and motivate his/her team to perform at a very high level.
- Attention to detail and excellent follow up and follow through.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
