Our Client is a healthcare startup and is looking to hire a Director HR based out Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To work in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Compliances, HRMS, grievance handling and Global TA
- Experience in L&D, policy making and performance management
- Experience of managing different facets of HR (recruitment, performance, culture ). Experience at startups is a big plus
- Working closely with the teams internally, develop learning initiatives and engaging in talent development projects thereby leading to appropriate retention of talent along with a highly productive workforce
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in HR activities preferably in a startup
- Master's degree in Human resources management
- Team Management
