PG in HR from reputed Management institutions with post-qualification experience of 15-20 years of comprehensive Group/Corporate/Plant HR&IR experience with strong HR/Growing organisations,up to the level of independently handling the functions,including Global operations with track-record of proven performance,

Couple of years at relevant managerial levels with independent responsibility
