Director - Human Resources

Our Client is an international premium player in the Food industry. Well established in the western hemisphere, they are now turning their attention to India with the intention of growing their footprint. They offer a diverse range of ready to eat foods. They are poised to grow rapidly and need a strong human resources professional to support the growth for India

Reporting into the MD, you will be responsible for :

- Managing the HR function end to end.

- Develop HR strategies and work with Directors, General Manager, Heads of Department to achieve business plan.

- Oversee the execution of HR systems and procedures for Pan India business.

- Lead HR team to provide guidance and support on full range of HR activities.

- Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters.

- Implement employee welfare programs to ensure employees, well-being and work life balance.

- Develop and implement plans for Talent Development, with particular focus on Career Management and Successor Planning.

- Lead Recruitment and Selection efforts and ensure new employees- Induction.

- Advise on guidelines and market practice for all Compensation and Benefits matters.

- As a successful candidate you should have strong understanding of Indian policies and procedures.

- You should have 8-10 years of experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry with strong experience in designing and deploying HR strategy for the business.

- You should be an MBA from Tier 1 college and based out of Mumbai.
