PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS :
The Director - HR will be responsible to work alongside the Leadership to design, plan, develop and execute the talent strategy for India and International Markets. Will be part of the Leadership team of the organization and will be a key member, responsible for driving growth of the firm
The ideal candidate should possess the following key requirements :
- 20+ years of experience in overseeing all aspects of HR, particularly, in delivering strategic HR Business Partner support to a global organization.
- Should have good understanding and knowledge of best-in-class HR practices, principles & procedures across training, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefit, HR operations, talent acquisition and compliance.
- Excellent leadership skills, including the ability and proven experience of developing and leading a highly effective/efficient and successful HR team.
- Excellent business, financial and global acumen, enabling a strong partnership with finance and other key functions with experience in working as part of a large global organization.
- Experience with leading strategic HR projects and driving global transformation efforts along with experience in leveraging HR analytics and metrics.
- Track record of successful delivery as a key member of a senior management team in a matrix ecosystem, managing diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies.
