Role Purpose : Capability Development &Talent Augmentation

Senior HR Recruitment and Business Partner

- Responsible for Recruitment and Retention of people

- Accountable for timely hiring to meet AOP and dynamic business requirements, drive strategically to effective hiring

- Hiring right people at optimal cost and retaining long term

- Leadership development for young and senior leaders

- Talent and competency development, and career growth

- Work closely with BU heads and cross functional teams to meet continuous human resource requirements in a timely manner

- Performance-based practice for career development of people

- Build strong employee relations and successful retention initiatives

Experience : In Semiconductor Industry mandatory
