As Head HR and Director, the person will report to the CEO and be responsible for -
- To institutionalize HR and build credible branding; the best place to work
- To drive and transform the 2000 people agenda
- Change Management and internal/external experiential gain
- Setting a performance driven organisation through transparency, compliance, governance, learning and development, employee engagement and building employer brand.
- Responsible for creating and executing the complete HR framework with the intent of developing highly engaged leaders and enabling them to create a high performance, customer centric and values driven organization.
- Help CEO drive transformation with culture
- Collaborate for setting up and driving L&D function with business teams
- Benchmark to be amongst 88-90 percentile with regard to talent quality
- Lead and build institutions relationship to attract talent from good institutions.
