Director - Human Resources & Admin - FMCG (15-20 yrs)
1. Developing / Fine Tuning / Executing and Maintaining corporate plans for a variety of HR functions such as compensation, appraisals, benefits, Training & Development, health and safety etc.
2. Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, KRA, staffing, training and development etc.
3. Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
4. Responsible for end to end recruitment process for all the verticals
5. Responsible for Payroll and attendance process
6. Plan and conduct new joinees orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
7. Help adhere to Labour Laws
8. Conducting employee engagement & activities
9. Monthly Management Reporting and MIS for HR and Admin functions
