Responsibilities:
- Should build the entire set of policies that cover recruitment, talent development, engagement, employee relations, compensation, benefits, etc.
- Partner with other HR colleagues to leverage resources and programs.
- Enhancing the performance of the business to support the business goals and objectives, partner with HR functions to deliver HR services, including but not limited to policy compliance, staffing/ recruiting, employee relations, talent development, performance and pay cycle management.
- Providing strategic direction as well as day to day oversight to all HR activities spanning an employee life cycle
- Lead & drive the HR projects and initiatives for the aligned business group in the region, in order to deploy organization wide programs and policies.
Skills:
- Looking for candidates who have experience 13+ years of experience in setting up and building operations (GIC experience)
