RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hands on experience in HR Shared Services - lifecycle management, Data Management, Payroll, HR Helpdesk, HR Reporting caross multiple geographies
- Monitoring the company's HR Systems and databases
- Payroll Administration and managing the documents
- Contribute in training and development
- Formulating the HR strategy
- Supporting global payroll, mobility and immigration matters
- Providing the analytics to support HR initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Full time MBA in Human Resource
- Prior experience in in HR Operations, Payroll and data management
- Should have 10 years- experience of managing the shared services or HR Operations
- Should have excellent decision making and analytical skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Quick decision making skills
