We are hiring Director HR for one of the fastest growing global product Technology company. The Role &amp; Responsibility : It is a generalist HR role, generating reports, hiring and other HR initiatives. Key Accountabilities : - Managing back-end work in an employee life cycle - Manage daily transactions on offers, transfers, resignations, promotions, and any other status change in timely manner on SAP - Payroll reports &amp; support to the processing team. - Provide &amp; supervise back end and co-ordination support for HR ops activities. - Provide &amp; supervise back end support for joining formalities &amp; system updation. - Record keeping and tracking of data pertaining to HR - Generate weekly / monthly MIS for headcount and attrition and any other HR related MIS - Generate early warning system reports based on inputs received from HR business Partner Headcount / Attrition Reconciliation : - Closely get involved in new HR initiatives - Provide back end support in employee engagement and Reward &amp; Recognition program - Manage &amp; co-ordinate PF / Labour Compliance for employees &amp; contract staff - Employee Touch points through skip meetings, huddles etc. Key Competencies : - Effective Execution - Analytical Thinking - Decision making - Employee grievance &amp; engagement through query resolution. - Knowledge of HR policies - Payroll, Employee database management, HRIS, HRMS knowledge &amp; proficiency. - Transaction Management. Who Can Apply : - Post Graduates / Diploma Holders in HR desirable
