Job Description - Excellent opportunity to lead the HR across commercial organization for a reputed MNC firm in a leadership role.

Client Details :

Our client is a leading Pharma MNC with fast growing business. They are consistently rated as an employer of choice and known for evolved people practices.

They are looking for a seasoned HR professional with experience working closely with senior leadership team in commercial organisation to drive HR.

Description :

- As Director HR, you will work closely with India leadership team and drive people initiatives across the to increase employee engagement.

- You will also develop and drive and organisation culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.

Profile :

- Atleast 10 to 15 years experience post Tier 1 MBA (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SIBM etc.)

- Prior experience in a HR leadership role as a business partner in an MNC Pharma or FMCG/FMCD firm is a must.

- Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix/COE set up

- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders in an MNC environment.
