Our client is a global medical device firm looking to hire HR Director based in Delhi.

Responsibilities :

The role is responsible for strategic HR business partnership for APAC region.

- Driving good HR practices and build culture align with global framework.

- Partner with Regional Leaders of APAC Region and ensure smooth functioning of teams and process improvements

- Build strong relationship with all the Leaders and Team and bring in good talent development initiatives

- Coach and mentor Leadership team to improve organizational efficiencies and skills

- Understand Compensation competitiveness considering internal and external benchmark

- Bring in Cohesiveness amongst the team leaders and ensure smooth cross- cultural communication.

- Understand cultural sensitivities and work towards constantly improving performance and effectiveness.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience : Minimum 10+ years of experience. 5 years of leadership experience is must.

- Full time post-graduate from well-known institution preferred.

- Strong experience of working in global organization and passion for business.

- Comfortable working in different time zones and occasional international travel (subjected to the travel advisory of the country's government)

- High Maturity levels since the incumbent will be partnering with Global Stakeholders.
