The HR Director will report to the senior management. Key Accountabilities : 1. HR Strategy &amp; Planning : - Work closely with the Leadership to define and fine tune the HR Strategic framework and Value Proposition. - Conceptualize and define and drive Talent Management initiatives around Competency Mapping, High Performance and Engagement. 2. Effective HR Business Partnering : - Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR interventions. - Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering. - Enable teams with proactive solutions to address people challenges. - Manage and resolve employee relations issues. - Provide regular performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, training needs analysis, etc.). 3. Learning &amp; Development : - Work closely with the senior management to define the L&amp;D Strategy and Framework in alignment with Company Values and Competency framework. - Ensure effective roll out and delivery of all interventions. Skills, Qualifications &amp; Prior Experience : - MBA-HR, from a premier institute. - Post Qualification Experience of 10 years. - Has already been a successful Head HR with strong business partnering skills. - Strong reporting, analytical and data interpretation skills. - Self-driven, results-oriented with a missionary zeal to exceed goals. - Strong communication skills coupled with influencing ability, business acumen and relationship management.
