We- re looking for a Head of Human Resources (Director level) based in New Delhi to lead our client's India HR team. The highest priority of this role is driving people and culture strategy to attract, engage and retain the talent needed for Content Operations and Software Engineering organizations. Candidates must have experience in medium to large companies. A track record of successfully influencing at executive levels is a must for this position.

Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Head of HR must provide HR leadership on all elements of talent acquisition, leadership/talent development, and total rewards to enable achieving business and operational goals. The ability to flexibly manage both long-term and immediate, short-term needs is critical. The person must be able to jump in and provide creative solutions to opportunities that come up and at the same time, provide clear direction to leaders to achieve the organization's long-term talent goals and plans.

- Provide timely guidance and coaching on important people decisions with integrity and based on clear principles.

- Lead the HR team with an empowering style and drives for accountability and results.

- Can handle confidential and sensitive information and be able to apply discretion as needed to people and company situations.

Requirements:

- 12-16 years of relevant experience, including 3-4 years as a Talent/HR leader in India within a U.S./European multinational company.

- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required.

- Outstanding communication and influencing skills relevant to all levels of the organization within the India team and U.S. stakeholders - able to work in a matrix organization.

- Knowledgeable in legal requirements of managing employees, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance to regulations.

- Experience with implementing modern HRMS systems. Knowledge of Workday would be an added plus.

- Proven project management experience.

- Experience in industries that are dynamic and sophisticated such as technology, finance and consulting.

- Able to travel frequently
