Client :

- A well-known FMCG organization is looking to hire a HR director. As part of the HR leadership team, this role will be accountable for driving the strategic people agenda for the Sales, Marketing and Commercial functions in order to deliver business goals, while ensuring a sustainable and healthy organization. You will be reporting directly into the GM. Client group - 3000+ employees.

The Role :

- The candidate will be an experienced HR professional with at least 15 years of human resource management experience in KSA, with experience building, implementing, and leading Human Resource functions, including effective and sustainable Saudization programs.

- The candidate will have had relevant experience setting up and managing all key personnel-related functions (recruitment, retention, career development, compensation and benefits, etc.) in KSA, preferably within the FMCG industry.

- Implement an HR strategy that supports the Company's strategic goals thus enabling the fulfillment of the organization's vision and long-term objectives

- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and HR systems that facilitate the recruitment, retention, motivation, compensation, performance management, and professional development of the Company's employees

- Build a sustainable Saudization program that meets the Company's target Nitaqat requirements while ensuring a high level of retention among Saudi nationals

- Build an effective HR team able to manage effectively the growth requirements of the Company.

Candidate Profile :

- 15+ years of quality experience in a blue chip organization i.e Driven and managed change, been involved at the highest echelons of the business in terms of strategy discussions, market competitiveness etc, should have facilitated innovation, developed leaders,it will be great to see resumes reflecting core achievements in the above.
