Director - Human Resource - CSR/Sustainability Services (7-12 yrs)
We have some urgent opening for Director HR role with one of our leading client into CSR, Sustainability, and Volunteering.
Experience: Min 7 Years - Max 10 Years
Education: MBA will be preferred
Job Role :
- Work closely with Talent Operations team to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels
- Demonstrated success in partnering with senior level business management.
- Experience designing, developing and supporting organization wide talent programs that cover recruitment, performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.

- Thinks big, practical and execution
- Senior management and client handling maturity and executive presence, stature
- Strategize and grow the solutions with year on year target and swift attitude to take Firm- level offerings to Clients.
- Excellent verbal written communication skills, presentation skills with good interpersonal relationship collaboration skills.
- Seamless ability to integrate the organization's Value proposition in alignment to Business pain- points
- Good energy levels and a proactive approach to business development and client handling
