Client Details :

Our client is one of the leading consulting organisations with presence in more than 100+ locations globally. As a part of their growth trajectory in India, they are looking to hire Head HR for one of their Lines Of Business based out of Bangalore.

Job Description:

- You will be responsible for strategizing clients' organisational initiatives, advising them on large scale HR transformation programs, demonstrating thought leadership and leveraging new-age technologies to solve business problems

- You will liaise with global stakeholders to drive practice growth and scale within a matrix organisation

Profile :

- MBA from an Tier -1 institution with at least 10 years experience in HR with a consulting firm is a must.

- Prior experience in Change Management, Workforce Capability, HR Transformation, and Organisation Design would be a plus.

- Demonstrated thought leader-level abilities with a proven record of success directing efforts in large scale HR transformations.
