HR Director - BPO at Navi Mumbai
1. Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, dismiss staff:
- Call-center
- Logistics division
- Analytics / business development division
- Back office
2. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
3. Develop and support HR strategy and strategy objectives in coordination with director
4. Create job descriptions / policies / wage budgets, compensation plans + bonuses
5. Responsible for work schedule, attendance and working hours calculation
6. Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing
7. Maintain HR database + specialized soft (HR system / integrated with CRM)
8. Monitor employees benefits, performance and needs. Advice Director on training programs, bonuses, other motivational instruments, organizational changes / improvements
9. Time to time participation in trainings with team leaders in coordination with international team to provide consultative support to managers and supervisors
10. Provide guidance to ensure the integrity of the performance management program and the development of employees in coordination with international team
11. Set the criteria for promotions / raises / rewards and advise supervisors on how to conduct appraisals
12. Perform other duties as required
