JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for internal customer delight and satisfaction

- Strong at planning and multi-tasking

- Strong conceptual clarity on HR with updated knowledge that provide competitive edge to the organization.

- Strong Ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment

- Function as a strategic partner by linking all the HR strategies with business strategy.

- Must have a strategic approach with demonstrated effectiveness at working with the leadership team to design and execute human capital strategies necessary to achieve positive business outcomes.

- Talent Management with focus on attract, retain and developing talents

- Responsible for working as Business Partner with the Operations rather than just a support function.

- Responsible for Human Resource activities which include Recruitment, Employee Care, Career Path for employees, Policies and processes, statutory compliance and Data Management.

- To hire the best talent as per JD fitment and within the budget

- To build the shortlisted profiles pool to meet the future requirements

- To ensure the timely completion of the PMS process for all the employees

- To conduct ESAT surveys and work towards increasing the ESAT score

- Responsible for designing of HR policies and processes

- Responsible for handling the employee Grievances

- To do the coordination with Training & Payroll Admin. to ensure the completion of all the employee related Activities.

- Play an advisory role towards the top management about internal development that is likely to effect the reputation of the organization.

JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent will be a key member of the Indore HR team and will lead the development and execution of the site hiring plans and programs. Responsible for the HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of an engaged workforce. Requires an individual to have strong inter-personal skills and the ability to hire, motivate and retain people. Make right people available at right time by recruiting, training and developing talent

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Educational Qualifications - MBA/PGDBM (Specialization in HR) /MPM

- Knowledge of Labor laws is desirable

- 10-12 years of experience in handling the HR Operations preferably in BPO (Employee strength: 1500+)

- Should have experience of managing Employee Relations preferably in BPO.

- Experience of bulk Hiring. (Min 500 candidates/Month)

- At least 2 years working as Sr. Manager-HR in the last assignment

- High degree of Process and People orientation

- Good knowledge of MS - Office- (Excel, Power point, Word) & HRIS

- Strong Analytical skills

- Excellent inter personal skills

- Comfortable to work 6 days a week.
