Director - HRO - Operations & Payroll
- Assist in developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as C&B, L&D, R&R, Employee engagement & Retention, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Health & Safety
- Responsible for all HR processes, workflows, systems, employee communication, and policies
- Create and manage talent strategies for performance management, staffing and career progression
- Designing and administering most relevant and reasonably Compensation Strategy and Employee Benefit plans to attract industry talent- Execute key HR processes within Field HR, i.e. performance management, exit management, grievance management and career moves through internal role postings.
- Coordinate, deliver, prioritize and manage escalation of all activities executed by the Location HR and People Advisor teams.
- Work closely with the MU People Programs Lead on programs and initiatives which are running across India Operations, and with the People Advisor team to ensure that processes and programs and driven out and implemented on the ground.
- Plan and deliver training, coaching and mentoring required to ensure that Field HR teams in each GU possess the capability and confidence to perform to the highest level.
Qualification:
Postgraduate Human Resources Degree or related experience.
