Director - HR Technology - BFSI (13-14 yrs)
Position Purpose & Responsibilities:
Lead strategic direction of our core HR technology platform:
- Actively shape HR transformation roadmap by identifying key technology enablers; including support of Service Delivery Model, Single Source of Truth, and Employee Experience
- Understand and apply external industry trends, particularly around emerging technologies and operating models
- Partner with stakeholders across HR and other corporate functions to gain insight into roadmap and business initiatives that may impact technology portfolio
- Assist in shaping the HR Technology Platform team structure, service standards and client/partner interaction models
Lead design and execution of Core HCM functional architecture:
- Oversee business process design across core human capital verticals (Employee Lifecycle Events, People Operations, Reward, Absence Management)
- Remediate gaps in our vision of a single source of truth of human capital data
- Establish and maintain control environment, ensuring compliance with standards and principles around logical access and data privacy
- Enhance platform governance to ensure optimal prioritization of team resources and to manage stakeholder expectations
- Partner with Enterprise Systems team on design and build of integrations
Core operational activities:
- Manage efficient allocation of resources across team and staff augmentation partners
- Manage technology budget, including operating expense and scoped engagements
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalency required
- 12+ years of experience, Technology/Product tech+Startup Experience must
- Proven transformational experience implementing solutions across people, process and technology for a startup
- Deep expertise in HR Technology,
- Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
