Director - HR Operations - IT (18-20 yrs)
- Lead the HR Operations team to encompass all aspects of HR for the Site
- Managing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of core HR services
- Managing transformation and service integration initiatives, related projects, and service delivery against targeted KPIs
- Building, strengthening, and maintaining customer service, client and peer relationships, both internal and external to the HR Team, to drive and enable cross-functional efficiencies
- Keeping team and leadership informed on progress and issues affecting HR operations
- Leading multiple teams in execution and working in an autonomous manner while monitoring, and evaluating the activities and performance of the team
Ideal Candidate:
MBA in HR from a reputed college is preferred
At least 18 years of experience in HR Operations supporting a workforce of 10,000 or more employees
Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
Well versed in HR tools like Workday or Peoplesoft is a must
Experience in Handling HR Operations for all HR is a must
Team handling experience is Mandatory
