Our client is a Global Alternate Asset Fund based in Mumbai.
Role
- You will report to the Global Services HR Senior Director based in the US.
- Designing and Execution of the end to end HR Operations strategy for employees globally including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, FnF management, employee database reports, Exit management and HR dashboards.
- Direct payroll service delivery operations globally while coordinating with cross-functional teams responsible for payroll onboarding and payroll service delivery.
- Manage internal payroll team and external payroll partners across multiple global offices to drive accuracy, accountability and timeliness
- HR Compliances
- Responsible for HR Systems and data integrity
- Spearhead digitization, automation, and process improvement initiatives across all processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate end-to-end processes and reduce manual interventions
- Develop delivery roadmaps and execution plans in partnership with HR leads and establish a process to track and monitor execution- including execution quality and results.
- Provide leadership across the broader Global Services (GS) HR community
- Ensure comprehensive and timely responses to enquiries from employees and managers, in accordance with service level agreements
- Incumbent will be responsible for managing Payroll Operations for multiple countries in EMEA region.
