Hiring Recruitment Consultants and Executive Search Professionals with 8-12 years of Experience from a Global Recruitment/HR Consulting firm interested to Lead the Recruitment services business for a Funded HR Tech startup
Mandatory :
- Experience of 8-12 years with a global Recruitment firm and having dealt with all avenues of the recruitment and executive search business
- Ability to maintain Strong relations with global clients and MNCs
- Experience with a wide variety of Technology tools to help guide the technology team in building market-ready offerings
- Flair for Business Development and Sales of recruitment services and technology-driven HR consulting
- Extensive experience of Training and guiding a diverse team of Consultants for Sales & liaising in recruitment consulting business
- Ensuring all procedures are in compliance with legal regulations
- Re-engineering processes for ensuring maximum efficiency
- Assuming responsibility for employee/labor relations with the management
- Taking initiatives for ensuring equality in the work environment.
Requirements :
- At least a Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- Relevant certification (e.g. SPHR/PHR) is a plus
- Experience in planning, developing, and implementing effective HR strategies
- Experience with ERP software (e.g. SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel
- Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, talent management etc.)
- Sound knowledge of all labor laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership and management qualities
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Salary offered: 50-70LPA
