They partner with clients to build an analytics center of excellence, generating insights and solutions from client data to solve business challenges, make strategic recommendations and implement new processes that help client succeed. With offices in Seattle, USA and Bangalore, India; They use a global delivery model to service their clients. Their clients include Fortune 500 companies in Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality and Technology sectors.

- 2 Yrs Full time MBA /PGD in HR is MANDATORY . Education from Premier Institutes is highly desired but not mandatory

- Bangalore based candidates or candidates whose native is Bangalore are given TOP preference

- Should possess excellent Job stability

- Strong experience in strategising & managing end to end gamut of HR Business Partnering is essential


Responsibilities:

- We are looking for an experienced HR leader who can develop and own HR strategies for the business.

- You and your team will partner with teams and leaders to actively engage in organizational development, & talent management.

- You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

- You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth.

- Your focus will be to help the organization achieve its strategic growth objectives through a resource realignment and top grading the talent.

- Set the Vision for the HR function in alignment with the Organization goals and be able to chart the path to achieve the

Vision :

- Organization design, career path, roles and responsibilities across all the functions in the organization

- You will be responsible to increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong partnerships with key leaders across our business.

- Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by developing and retaining top talent

- Drive continuous improvement and lead change as we develop into a premiere Human Resources organization

- Partner with senior leaders to continually drive the effectiveness of the business through developing organization design and leadership changes as appropriate to ensure business success

- In collaboration with leadership, build a positive employee environment that emphasizes company's culture, core values, and individual and leadership expectations.

- Ensure an ongoing and proactive focus on driving change within the business, linking change management needs,communications, tools and processes with overall business cultural and change direction, in order that the business culture and mindset evolves as required to ensure success

- Assess the current organization and partner with stakeholders to create a strategy and vision around the development of future state process flows, to identify needed organizational and workflow changes

- Own and drive talent strategy at country level.

- Champion the Talent Management agenda at country level with laser focus towards building talent capabilities, strengthening succession, performance management, competitive compensation, career pathing, diversity and inclusion.

Desired Skills :

- At least 10-15+ years of extensive HR experience including strong HR functional expertise and track record of leading and implementing large scale change projects

- Strategy& Analytical Skills: Able to translate business strategies/priorities/goals into people strategies/priorities/goals.

- Utilizes critical thinking and analytical skills regularly to identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations to address the root cause.

- Strong analytical, quantitative abilities; ability to leverage data to create HR strategies that support and drive business results

- Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action.

- A collaborative management style and a strong customer service orientation

- Comfortable as a "hands-on" manager and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done

- Honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required

- Ability to navigate a fast-paced global organization and partner on issues across HR and the business.

- Must be able to work collaboratively using excellent consulting, influencing and negotiation skills and to develop strong, working relationships.

- Knowledgeable on local country labour laws, compensation, employment law matters, employment legislation, and compliance

- Proven experience working with globally dispersed teams

Qualification:

- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required;
