Key Responsibilities :
You will act as a key HR Business partner to members of Leadership Team aligned to Corporate Functions, gain deep knowledge of the business, people and organizational needs to diagnose issues and recommend solutions to challenges and further the capabilities of the organization
1) Strategy / Policy :
- Define the people agenda for the BUs you support in partnership with the Leadership Team of those organisations
- Provides strategic HR support related to human capital management that enables stakeholders turn business strategy into business practice and results.
- Drive adherence to HR process , metrics and plan.
- Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes
- Own & drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with the business.
- Own & Drive Org Design Discussions, Workforce Plans, OD activities
2) Employee Relations, Engagement & Management :
- Acts as key advisor to Business managers & advice their queries and grievances, if any.
- Facilitates creation and development of culture and climate to meet business and employee needs - be the culture custodian as well
- Driving employee engagement agenda for their teams they support
- Engage with CoEs/ External Parties towards building custom solutions for the business to grow in impact
3) Other Responsibilities include :
- Work with the other teams to ensure manpower requirements are met; Oversee new employee/ leader induction
- Lead a team of 2 HR business partners- Guide, coach, own their development and career journeys
