Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the Talent Management Strategy for our client organization
- Drive a strategic and forward-looking agenda for talent attraction and growth.
- Effectively communicate with senior stakeholders on best practices
- Foster a culture of high performance, efficiency and accountability among both leaders and teams through a clear vision, trust and teamwork.
- Implement a best-in-class HR Operating model, leveraging standard frameworks to deliver on engagement, performance management, talent management and rewards
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects, ensuring that the people perspective and agenda are woven into our strategy
- Act as an ambassador for our employees and commit to ensuring the delivery of an exceptional employee experience
- Facilitate organizational change management and help leaders to align communication, behavior, and infrastructure to support the desired changes
- Mitigate risk by ensuring appropriate escalation / investigation of performance, conduct and other ER related matters
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances to deliver positive outcomes with respect to employee relations issues
- Monitor and report on workforce: performance, talent, and succession planning
- Work closely with the Global Head of HR to identify needs and contribute to design projects
- Lead and drive all Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Develops a strategic HR plan and prioritizes and implements key HR initiatives in a timely manner.
- Participates in the development of the organization's plans and programs as a strategic partner, bringing a business perspective as well as the perspective of the impact on people
- Manages the department budget as well as employee compensation budget
- Evaluates the organizations current people-related practices and identifies opportunities for improvement. Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance
- Supports continuous development by implementing learning and development programs to ensure learning and skill development occurs regularly across all levels of the organization
- Maintains knowledge of international HR policies, programs, laws and issues
- Structures and develops the HR team to provide maximum benefit to the organization while simultaneously building team capabilities
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 10+ years of experience in HRBP specializing from Product companies preferably
