Director - HR Business Partnering - As a Director HRBP, you will ensure the well-being of every person within the Business Units you handle, while also designing interventions that help the company scale faster. You will handle the following, but this isn't an exhaustive list. Location : Bangalore Responsibilities : - Administration of the performance management cycle - Refinement of the competency framework - Continuous and productive engagement with employees - this can take as many forms as we can design! - Design & Administration of Talent Management mechanisms at appropriate times - HR Interview of senior candidates - Surveys, town-halls, all-hands - Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance - Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department - Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances - Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance - Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention - Provide HR policy guidance - Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning - Identify training needs for teams and individuals - Evaluate training programs and Suggest new HR strategies Requirements : - Proven work experience as an HR business partner - Excellent people management skills - Analytical and goal oriented - Demonstrable experience with HR metrics - Full understanding of all HR functions and practices
