Job Summary: - Be a trusted advisor, providing support from the executives to the employees within the teams that you own - Works closely with management in the implementation of culture related to human resources, organizational, and employee development at the business unit or division level. - HR Business Partnering With the Business Leader/s to Understand the Talent Priorities And Drive Actions to Address the Same - Moving both employees' NPS and engagement scores through - meaningful- interventions that have a long-lasting impact on people and business. - Co-owing along with Talent Acquisition Lead &amp; business leaders in building the employer brand which especially reflects the company's culture and unique value propositions for the talent. - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention - Implementing and Driving HR Programs and in Some Cases Also Act as a Spoc for Certain Critical HR Processes. - Driving Adherence to HR Process, Metrics, and Plan - Owning and driving the talent management agenda for the organization - Be the go-to leader and SME- for the leadership team for all people and culture-related agenda. Candidate Persona: - Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees. - Demonstrated experience and a passion for strong collaboration with others (People team COEs, cross-functional partners, HRBP peers, etc.). - Change management skills: Ability to add value through change management; help pivot the culture and improve the overall effectiveness of the business and teams. - Should have 8 Years or More in HR Business Partner in that at least 4 years in a high growth startup - Mandatory exp working in high growth startups
