Job Description - Looking for a candidate with 12 to 16 years of experience in HRBP with large global BPO/KPO/Captive organisations to lead the Business Partnering for one of the fast growing organisations in India.

Client Details :

Our Client is a fast growing Tech organisation in India with their operations in multiple countries across continents.

Description :

- Co-lead the people journey through HR Business Function.

- Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies globally.

- Build relationship and liaise with the Business and the COEs to deliver on projects.

Profile :

- 12-16 years of relevant experience in HRBP functions handling large workforce across BPO/KPO/captive organizations.

- Education: MBA from Tier 1/2 B-Schools preferred.

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work on multiple projects.
