India Director - HR Business Partner
Overview of the Role :
- It is a strategic HR leadership role leading a small team of People Partners across India and overseeing the activities of the People Team in India ensuring the entire team including COE's (Centres of Excellence) work closely as one team to enable business success.
- Operating within a global functional matrix model, this senior role is a member of both the Asia Pacific People Leadership Team (PLT) and the India Business Leadership Team to provide overall strategic guidance, governance and management of both the day to day running of the Human Resources activities in country and the people projects (both business and functional) requiring HR Team expertise.
