Ideal candidate will have more than 15 years of experience in the industry interacting with enterprises in digital requirements and adoption. An engineering degree from reputed institute is required preferably with a MBA. Connect in Corporate and Healthcare and knowledge of Digital interventions in enterprises is highly preferred. As part of this charter, we are looking to transform the life-sciences and healthcare industry for global competitiveness with digital advantage.&nbsp; Some of the key responsibilities are- - Developing and growing an ecosystem for healthcare and life sciences and working closely with stake holders (Enterprises, govt, startups etc) - Building and promoting the Lifesciences & Healthcare Innovation Forum (LHFI). - Identify the suitable partners from technology / user / academia world and bring them onboard - Plan and execute the thought leadership activities for forum in discussion with internal and external stakeholders - Understand and analyze the requirements of the project assigned. Identify and onboard the suitable solutions partners (startups / SMEs / CoE corporate partners) - Help in driving the messaging for CoE activities through website, newsletter, social media etc on Digital health. - Help in defining the matrices that CoE should maintain in terms of what value add we are actually are providing to our partners. Perform periodic assessment as to whether we are on track or need to shift - Represent CoE at relevant conferences / forums. - Driving Digital Innovation Strategy in Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry. - Build a compelling LHIF - Lifesciences and Healthcare Innovation Forum to promote HealthTech Innovation and accelerate digital adoption in the Hospitals. - Lead Corporate Innovation Programs for Lifesciences and Medtech Strategic Partners of Organization. - Engage with Pharma, Med-Tech, Health Insurance, Hospitals, Academia, Government Bodies,&nbsp;Regulatory, SMEs, Startups, Accelerators on the topics of innovations in IoT, Big Data, Analytics,&nbsp;Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AR/VR and Robotics/Drones. - Organize and Collaborated on multiple Thought Leadership events, summits, workshops. - Conceptualize Digital Healthcare Delivery Models in the Public Healthcare space.
