Director/Head Talent Acquisition Responsibilities: Tech Hiring Experience is a must - Manage the Talent Acquisition team as they oversee the entire life cycle recruiting from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring - Collaborate and work with an experienced team of Recruiters/Sources to help support the hiring demand of our rapidly growing businesses - Coach the team to leverage best practices and internal technologies to develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire. - Partner with hiring managers to evolve best practices in interviewing, market mapping and collaborate on achieving hiring objectives while delivering exceptional customer service for both our internal and external stakeholders. - Gather market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, and recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to the team - Create and implement data-driven practices to optimize hiring performance - Understand and improve recruitment processes to make them more efficient, while upholding quality, volume in pipelines, and closures - Drive and manage employer branding events as needed. Qualifications: - 10 - 14 years of experience in managing the end-to-end (Tech and Non-Tech) recruitment life cycle. - Good understanding of sales Support hiring. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Should have lead a team high performing recruiters - Demonstrated track record of working with Business Leaders on recruiting strategy, delivery and data driven decision-making - Exposure and understanding of the most current recruiting and sourcing tools and strategies - Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced and a complex environment - Ability to mentor, develop, and motivate team members. - Exhibit a high degree of ownership required to succeed in a high growth organisation - Effectively articulate business value through multiple ways of communication
