Director/Head - Strategy & Business - Global Trade Finance
Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of the Global Trade Finance division which would broadly include EXIM activities from a lending perspective.
- Build strategic relationships with various domestic and international FIs i.e. Private, MNC and PSU banks, Large & mid-market NBFCs, new age fin tech platforms and design scalable digital SCF products/structures with them.
- Extensive knowledge of global trade and receivables finance, services, products and techniques such as Import Financing ( Buyers Credit, Suppliers Credit ), Export Financing ( Export Invoice Discounting, Export LC Bill Discounting, Export Factoring ), Domestic & SCF Financing ( LC Bill Discounting, Anchor Financing, Vendor Financing ).
- Extensive knowledge of the market & market trends, competitive environment and regulatory environment.
Requirements :
- 10-12 years of experience in Lending with reputed banks / NBFCs, preferably in Corporate Banking
- Past experience of working with a wide lender base (Banks, NBFCs, etc.) will be an added advantage
- Acumen to identify new and innovative products in the market
- Strong understanding and analysis capabilities of financial statements
- Product understanding and development capabilities
- Ability to hustle and have dynamic decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and team building skills
Trade Finance Sales experince is a must.
Candidates only from Maharashtra and Gujarat preferred.
