Director Marketing (Head of Marketing reporting to India MD) - B2B Business only


Position: Director Marketing

Location: Mumbai

- Responsible to design Marketing strategic initiatives.

- Work in collaboration with the concerned Business on product positioning, market penetration and pricing across India.

- Responsible for providing guidance to the marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning the company's brand.

- Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients

- Create competitive strategy for the sector for the medium and long term growth.

- Lead the marketing content strategy by defining the process.

- Gather and use market intelligence to develop unique values.

- Focus on accelerated future growth plans for the organization.

- Pricing control to ensure high Acquisition rate and customer retention.

- Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates.

- Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning better.

- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives

- The organization is a market leader in its product range.

- Looking for B2B Marketing specialists who will be part of the India Leadership team.

- Handle a team of 7-8 marketing professionals directly.

- Must have experience of successful strategic planning and strong analytical orientation and understanding of researching a B2B environment.

- Should be able to work in complex environments and translate strategic decisions into innovative services.
