Director/Head/ Lead Cloud Delivery Office The role: - The Cloud Delivery Office is a newly established team within Bank User Solutions, which is focussed on the successful, timely, compliant and consistent delivery of major Cloud solutions in the End User, Retention, HR and COO application space. This team consists of a small number of cloud experts who can drive adoption thru all stages of the development life-cycle, from early demand management and technology exploration, business case development, rapid prototyping, architecture and detailed design across functional and non-functional requirements, implementation planning and execution, testing &amp; end user acceptance, training, delivery in production and phased roll-out across the bank. - The strategy we apply here is to create maximum benefit at the shortest time for our bank users by implementing a maximized rich experience at the highest achievable quality to drive user adoption, and client satisfaction. - This team does not operate in a traditional banks hierarchical model, but operates across the multiple BUS, GCIO and vendor management teams in a matrix way with nevertheless full authority to make decisions (financial, technical, risk, etc.) on behalf of the BUS lead. The Lead will have a small team of dedicated cloud implementation specialists complemented with CTB and RTB resources to: - Build a low volume but viable, fully-featured, fully capable service; - Incubate and transition the service back to Service Owner (adopter) over the agreed time period along with some key staff (Dev, Eng, Ops); - Service Owner scales for mass adoption, while incubator relinquishes control and start the next cloud implementation. You offer: - Significant hands-on experience with large enterprise-wide cloud implementations such as M365/Teams, Salesforce, SAP, etc. - Be able to operate on all levels from executive engagement to technology details and vendor commercials - Strong collaborator, excellent listener, and communicator with razor-sharp focus on the delivery of the target end-state - Can manage all phases end-to-end of the life-cycle - Can manage all stakeholders such as vendors, risk, legal, etc. - Apply a quality-first approach and champions this principle thru the organization - Attract and retain Cloud Native, Agile and DevOp practitioners into the function - Familiar with Modern skills including the implementation of API's and SDK's (everything as code)
