- We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build out their platform offerings.
- The right person will also be provided US onsite opportunities within 12-18 months time-frame and demonstrating good performance.
Requirements :
- 5 to 10 years related to business development experience in IT Services, IT Consulting, IT Staffing solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven successful sales record with targets on acquiring new business in the US market
- Outgoing personality with a positive and energetic attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- IT full life cycle recruiting experience
- An excited hunter with a proven ability to close new business; prior experience growing or building sales territories.
Responsibilities :
- Independently generate new leads and direct clients across US Geography.
- Demonstrate platform capabilities and provide solutions
- Negotiate contract rates with clients.
- Engage with C-level, VP and Director-level contacts of mid-size and large companies
- Manage and achieve sales quota.
- Experience selling into US markets is a must.
