We do have a urgent job opening in a Well known Private University for the Profile of Director/Head HR based in Rajasthan.
Role :
1. Staffing - Recruit, Develop and retain talent at all levels including development and implementation of the orientation and induction program for all new employees.
2. Organization Development
- Development of policies and frameworks around employees - before they are recruited, when they are in university and when they leave (exit surveys etc)
- Develop practices for: Performance management, employee career coaching, constructive feedback etc.
3. Compensation & Benefits - Drive development and implementation of outcomes based reward and recognition / incentive systems; lead annual performance and salary review processes
4. Employee Relations - Provide consulting and support to school heads in all aspects of employee relations including low performer management, talent development/ upskilling, and move to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Organize employee relation activities, and promote moral, staff cohesion and sense of belonging. e.g. employee opinion survey follow-up, family day, etc.
- Improve communication between staff and HR dept.
5. Ensure an overall culture of performance and collaboration at the university.
The person should:
- Be familiar with UGC Norms, labour laws, regulations and related provisions;
- A customer and value-focused approach, the ability to promote new improved ways of working and excellent facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience in change management, strategic orientation, employee relations, staffing, compensation and benefits and training is required.
- Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution and excellent communication skills.
- Talent acquisition, team-building and leadership skills, to ensure engagement
- Have 10-15 years of HR experience in Educational institute/ industry
