Director/Head - Human Resources/Talent Acquisition (12-18 yrs)
Our client, a VC funded firm with over 1000+ employees is looking to hire a senior HR professional to augment it's management strength as they are in aggressive growth phase fueled by a recent massive funding.
The key essentials :
- Min.10+ HR experience in all aspects of HR/Preferably in VC funded firms
- Should be able to see order in chaos and manage various stakeholders, anchor process/discussions
- Must have worked in niche organizations delivering tangible outcomes to bottom line.
- Exposure to M&A preferred.
- Must be willing to sit for a very rigorous hiring process.
- Must have exposure to all facets of HR managing complete Talent Life cycle.
- Handled aggressive ramp ups in past and should have been recognized as a TA hero!
