Good people management skills coupled with strong ability to manage and influence Business Heads. High orientation on Compliance and Integrity.   - Ability to work with Global Stake Holders & also Work in Different Time Zones based upto the need   - Be able to Manage the Leadership Hiring Requirements   - Communicate and reinforce the Employer Value Proposition through various HR initiatives to be driven across all entities Pan India.   - Design and implement all HR programs such as Orientation, Rewards & Recognition Schemes etc. for all employees.   - Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization.   - Address all concerns around performance, compensation and benefits and ensure that all employees are aware of the benchmark in the industry   - Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions   - Manage relationship with Line of business and should have ability to manage interactions.   Education & Experience:  - PG / MBA in HR   - Min 18 Yrs exp post PG   - Should have worked with Large Global Organisations.  - Good Experience of working with Global Stake Holders   - Experience in Hiring, HRBP & HR Operations
