Director/Head - End User Security & Risk/IT Security

Role responsibilities

- Operational management of the change and problem management processes and standards for EUC driving process efficiency and stability across the EUC

- Ensure the implementation and adherence to the change discipline to enable high levels of stability and reliability in the production environment

- Drive problem management efficiency to systematically drive reoccurring incidents out of EUC products

- Management and governance of all risk and audit interfaces ensuring each End User Compute function are focused on the identification of issues and management actions to remediate

- Provision of management reporting such as Risk Oversight including all applicable EUC Audit Findings and self-identified issues

- Governance and reporting of all open Vendor Risk Management findings, stage gates and open 3rd party contract risks

- Interface with GCIO DCRO Group Audit, and Chief Security Office (CSO) for EUC

- Compliance of the end user compute products and services in line with all control function requirements and policies including Security (CSO), Compliance and GDPR

- Steering of End User Computing Risk Management forum

- Signatory for any relevant End User Computing policies

- Definition and enforcement of cross end user compute product Security and risk requirements and standards.

- Governance and Control of End User Product Security Standards

- Governance and reporting of all EUC Security, Risk, Change & Problem related data points

- Embed a risk management culture

- Drive the strategy, transformation and implementation of the EUC products in India

- Drive the EUC organization globally to deliver high quality services in a globally consistent manner, adopting standards and best practice and ensuring products are fit for purpose in India

- Build and foster the EUC community in India, whilst promoting importance of working in a global construct

- Drive the vendor strategy, contracts and service governance for the India specific vendor partners as part of the overall EUC vendor strategy

- Partner with the business stakeholders to identify future requirements for EUC products and services

- Partner with the product teams, Building IT and CRES

Experience required

- Deep understanding of ITIL based process design, implementation and execution

- Strong understanding of Infrastructure across Storage, Network and Compute layers

- Deep understanding of IT Security

- Strong experience in a complex Production/Service Operations environment of industry best practice

- 10+ years of leading global teams
