Hiring Director - Life insurance annuities Delivery Head with Leading ITeS company

- Business is looking for candidates who handled a span of 800 - 1000 FTE'S

- Shift Timings UK/US shift

- Grades : BPO 9

Essential Requirements :

- Graduate / Post-graduate in any domain

- At least 20+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to in the Life / Annuities / Healthcare / Disability Income/Voluntary Benefits administration space for UK / EU / US based Insurers.

Responsibilities :

- Manage large operations teams spread across multiple geographic locations

- Work with leadership to envision long term and short-term goals for the unit and help in driving the vision with account leaders and stakeholders across functions

- Manage P&L for large account/accounts i.e. deliver on committed cost and growth goals, deliver on cost reduction by leveraging various digital, automation and process improvement based solutions, enhance customer experience and stakeholder experience

- Drive and demonstrate end to end ownership of operations across locations

- Deliver on transformation goals using all available transformational levers including digital solutions, cognitive automation as well as drive operations led efficiencies

- Develop collaterals to position the account for high client satisfaction and analyst reviews

- Act as a solution architect for Key deal proposals in the Life & Annuities space

- Drive account / domain growth and handle complex transitions for quicker process stabilization

- Demonstrate domain level / industry level knowledge and thought leadership through creation of training and capability development materials for Life & Annuities for US based Insurance Clients

- Demonstrate knowledge of compliance requirements in the Life & Annuities domain for US based Insurance Clients

- Define best practices and management services standards for operational functions in Life & Annuities space

- Support creation and development of the overall Life & Annuities Administration offerings covering Healthcare/Disability/Life cover/VB type of insurance products

- Keep abreast of Industry trends , market analyst reports and create meaningful insights to identify thought leadership opportunities & create suitable market offerings

- Conduct research on key target accounts & assess Solution approach & offerings with the objective of new logo penetration / acquisition and support organisational growth

- Create proactive proposals to position our contextual knowledge and drive growth in collaboration with Geo Sales Teams / Account Delivery Leads

- Support domain consulting engagements with large clients as applicable

- Amplify our contextual mastery through creation of case studies in collaboration with the Operations Delivery Leads

- Perform other duties or participates in special projects as assigned
