Director - Growth - Online/Internet (8-12 yrs)
Looking for a Director Growth; someone who has experience in sales and marketing both in a startup background.
- Taking the overall responsibility of achieving the revenue numbers.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing/Performance; Either directly or someone directly reporting to him/her (not in dotted lines)
- Led GROWTH via Product. Either directly or someone directly reporting to him/her (not in dotted lines)
- Understanding of Product/Pods/How to communicate/coordinating with Engg team
- Understanding of ROIs and Funnels
Data Skills/Analytical/comfortable with Numbers (thus B.Tech/Engg background is a mandate)
- Planning and Forecasting Develop newer channels for the employer and candidate acquisition at a healthy CAC
- Regularly measure product effectiveness, form strategic product roadmaps, create competitive advantage and suitable market positioning for increased demand and improvement of repeat users both on the employer and candidate side
