Role : Director- Growth Marketer (B2B SAAS)

Responsibilities :
- Plan, define, lead and execute demand generation funnel for Nova Benefits.
- Be the owner of our pipeline building efforts to support sales & conversions.
- Drive targeted demand efforts across our sales segments (SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise)
- Own reporting & monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI/ROAS, and other channel metrics
- Build, coach and grow a team of talented individuals that will shape the way we go to market
- Establish the data collection for key demand metrics across the funnel, working closely with our data analysts.
- Use this data to make informed decisions on what experiments to run quarterly to improve account engagement and pipeline creation
- Interface regularly with founders & sales leadership to understand business objectives and translate those into impactful programs that achieve desired outcomes
- Be the driver of ongoing communications throughout the funnel
- Provide hands-on optimization of ad campaigns across all marketing channels
- Work closely with the Sales & Account Management teams to ensure acquisition goals are met.
We are looking for rockstars with :
1. SaaS B2B Marketing experience
2. Rich Demand Generation Experience (Small, Mid Market & Enterprise Leads)
3. Experience into driving strong MQL to SQL Conversions
4. 6-8 years of relevant experience
5. Comfortable working In-Office Bangalore (Koramangala)
