Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handled a sales portfolio in AI, RPA, Data Science, and Blockchain

- Create demand-generation strategies related to solution offerings

- Be responsible for the revenue plan for this industry derived from relevant service offerings

- Responsible for Quarterly & Yearly Revenue and Margin for the portfolio GTM strategy: Drive a vision on how we

grow and manage our services portfolio and think holistically about innovative ways to grow the business, Stay current with evolving trends and technologies within the space.

- Maintain a pulse of the market and sort through the noise to figure out what is and is not resonating with consumers.

- Establish deep working relationships across the company to help define progressive ways to improve how we go to market and how the business can further expand and support customer expectations for services.

- Applying your business acumen to an organization's problems/challenges, crafting executive level messages/narratives that paints a compelling story, which depicts the business case, risk, and trade-offs. Work with senior executives, peers and partners and quickly build their trust, so they see you and your team focused on obtaining mutual success.

Regarding yourself, So, what exactly are we looking for?

- Bachelor's/PG degree in business, marketing or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead generation specialist with an emphasis on lead generation and/or sales automation.

- Overall 15 years of experience in IT sales.

- Experience working within the IT marketing industry is preferred.

- Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills & high-level team-building capabilities

- Must have sold into the CxOs/ Engineering groups and enterprise customers.

- Need in-depth knowledge/experience of sales cycles

- Demonstrated consistent over-achievement of sales objectives and goals

- Consultative sales approach with a structured and proven sales methodology

- Ability to leverage internal stakeholders (pre-sales, engineering, and client delivery) to move prospects through highly matrixed buy cycles.

- Build transparent and collaborative work relationships with such stakeholders.
